- update help.pm based on the xml manual

  - this fixes entities sticked together with no space in between
  - this also implies a few bad line-wrapping changes,
    but it needs to be done to have a clean state
    (we don't have one since 8.2beta where i updated things by hand)
- put help-*.pot in CVS so that the files based on the xml manual can be updated
  independently from DrakX.pot & .po's
