- harddrake::bttv is renamed harddrake::v4l

- harddrake::v4l handle saa7134 too now (and not only bttv)
- harddrake::v4l::config need a new driver parameter in order to be
  able to offer the right cards and tuners list
- drakxtv: kill some old comments
- add the list of cards supported by saa7134
- add a not to remember a potentiel speedup
