Revert "Updated Russian translation"

This reverts commit 1a3acc348935ae0d289dd5312e94f34e54c5b431.

This commit was bogus. It was nothing todo with the Russian translation
but rather changed the _nav submodule to an SHA1 that was not yet pushed
causing errors on the live servers.

Please push the nav stuff first in future and use better commit messages
(it could very well be that the updated submodules are indeed for
updated Russian translations but it should be made more clear that it's
the submodule that is being updated).

Hopefully updated infrastructure will soon mean that we do not need this
and we can just track "master"! :)
