Actually that file comes from drakx-installer-stage2
that is automatically unpacked on the mirrors:

I guess some more fixes is needed in stage2 package due to
dash* moved from /bin/ to /usr/bin/


Anyway I removed the extra install/stage2/usr* from staging...
