How often is this a problem of people forgetting the obsoletes ?
( as we would see it on upgrade I guess quite fast, I guess )
If I look at :

I am not sure that something was forgot.
For example php-qt4 could have been just dropped upstream, and I do not
know where a Obsoletes should be added.
However, there is also some weird cases, like tcl/xulrunner , where
there is 2 src in the repository.
