Ukrainian (3 official members (svn accounts), seems just 1 active member).

- software: 100%, some proofreading can be done but overall the  
translation is fine mainly due to Mandriva's coordinator ;)
- web site: all but 1.0 Release notes
- blog: nobody claimed to translate it, probably it will never be  
translated into Ukrainian
