Perhaps there was some "doubled UTC conversion". According to the logs, we
normally started arround 18.30 and I think the meetbot uses UTC, so it would
mean 19.30 MET.
So I propose not to change that. 17.30 UTC will be a problem for quite some
people (living in UTC+0 or UTC+1), it won't make it easier for those in "UTC-
x" and although i sympathize with those in UTC+5, you are a minority...
