Well , i don't know if something like that exist, but this tool is the
most close to that, i use one list that user in mageia's forums give
me to update the mageia's part, and you can go until the last step but
not install nothing if you don't want :)
If you need something to check packages existing in that repositories,
exist other tool in blogdrake that almost do that, but for the moment
is off line, i try to make it available again, but will no be fast
