I put a suggestion on a stripped down LiveCD here:

For best HW compatibility, but not having to download a whole CD.
(It is much for some people)

Actually i have changed wifi now for better performance.
I wil test whatever gets asked in the bug.
-if it is at all intended to be supported or we just set this as enhancement
request(s) instead.
