HI,
I also had problems with Kmail2
I'm still using Mageia 1 because, when I tried to migrate to Mageia 2 errors
occurred with Kmail2, as mentioned in the forum:
"Kmail2: error opening folder, is missing - Mga 2 - 482 Kde"
|<i> <A HREF="https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3325&p=24827&hilit=kmail2">https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3325&p=24827&hilit=kmail2</A> #
</I>p24827
The Kmail in Mageia 1 has many features and is very fast and in Mageia 2, Kmail2
is not so good.
I made mistakes in the data import for Kmail2 causing more errors. I have tried
to test importing the files correctly and kmail2 now work without errors, but I'm
not insecure. I need to be sure that it is working better.
There are options: "thunderbird", "Evolution" and "Claws Mail", but I would like
to continue using Kmail, which is very good. Maybe I should wait for the updates
of KDE in Mageia 2 or Mageia 3.
