Mageia.org have been accepted as a participating association for the
Libre Software Meeting event, a annual gathering of free software
enthusiast. The event will take place from 9 to 14 July in Strasbourg,
and will features several conferences, as well as a Association Village.
The website on <A HREF="http://2011.rmll.info/">http://2011.rmll.info/</A> should give all needed
informations, as well as the conference planning.
Last year, I and others fellow community members participated with
Fedora-fr and Opensuse-fr at Bordeaux and we decided to share booths and
logistic concerns. Since this worked well, we plan to do it again this
year.
I have been in contact with Opensuse and Fedora people to organize that,
and also contacted french members of the community ( and also asked
during FOSDEM ).
Yet, maybe some others people have planned to be there and I do not
know.
So I created a page on the wiki
( <A HREF="http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=events:lsm2011">http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=events:lsm2011</A> ) that I will fill
later with details.
Could interested people add their name if they plan to come, along with
the date ?
