I don't agree to that, it should always be reported. But suggest
reporting these directly (<A HREF="https://trac.transmissionbt.com/">https://trac.transmissionbt.com/</A> has a &quot;report
a problem&quot; section).

Though it is really strange it doesn't occur for me at all.
