Can you give us more explanations about the server-side changes, and the 
impacts it can have, especially when using svn directly in existing local 
checkouts ? And if the changes are big enough so that the local checkouts are 
not usable anymore (probably the case if the repository changed), state it and 
tell us what to do with them (erase them and checkout again with the latest 
version of mgarepo ?)
