Wrong url, should be:
https://bugs.mageia.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&remaction=run&namedcmd=Websites%20bugs&sharer_id=133

(that's what "Run" points to in
https://bugs.mageia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=saved-searches).
