Yeah I haven't added rsync to cron yet until I am on your download list. Once I'm set up on your end I shall rsync like I do for the other distros I host.
I've just done another rsync so everything now should be up to date.

And your mirrors is outdated for the cauldron isos, it was not synced
since september
(maybe you should add the mageia_timestamp file too)
