I have been trying again, but still without any success.

My user ID is desmondra
My email is desmond.armstrong@gmail.com

But always I get the message that password is wrong and reset it 'forgot password'.

Perhaps we need to remove registration and then re-register? I did register quite early so maybe there is a problem.
All I know for certain is that I cannot login.
When I try to register then I get response 'already registered'

Incidentally my login with Mandriva has worked smoothly for many years.

I get the impression that, for some reason, I am totally blocked.

If I try to register then I get:-
An account already exists with this email address
An account already exists with this username

Please advise.

A,d reset it through : https://identity.mageia.org/forgot_password

If you used this to create your account and reset then yes you have a problem with our system

=> give us your login + email (no password required) and we'll have a look at your mageia account

=> repy to me with a copy to mageia-sysadm@mageia.org

Yes I have reset the password a number of times but to no avail.

So once again I am contacting you to try to resolve this problem.

I do work hard on both Mandriva and on Mageia and am exceedingly disappointed that you always refuse my login.

I have a number of issues which we need to resolve and without access to the forum it is just not possible.
