[Mageia-sysadm] Mass rebuild

The Mass Rebuild has been started last night. Unfortunately it stopped
shortly after because akonadi-social-utils does not exist on svn (but
the src.rpm is still on the mirrors), and later for the same reason with
apache-commons-math.

Rebuild script is running in a screen on ecosse :
$ ssh root at ecosse.mageia.org
[root at ecosse ~]# screen -r umeabot

To restart the script in case of problem, edit the file
data/mass-rebuild-src-list-1000 (or the file that is passed as argument
to the script), to remove the packages that have already been submitted
and the package that can't be submitted, and restart the script.
