OK, I didn't know this.

In which way is your account privileged?

If this isn't a bug, can someone who knows and understands more please, 
after fixing this issue for Yuri, add the missing information to 
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/FAQ:Accounts#I_forgot_my_password
