I am also unsure about the way to split. But keeping everything in one
big file is not good, as we have a huge changelog, with lots of
unrelated changes for each specific class, and that make harder to see
what changed and when.

And there is not always a good reason to be in buildsystem.
 
For example, the mgacreatehome script do not use anything from the
buildsystem module, and the various release script are also independent.

I think I did enough breakage for today, but ok, I will remove it.
