there are some whom i am certain, by way of deduction, for example the 
nluug.nl one uses ibiblio.

and i think indeed some mirrors use different sources than advertised; perhaps 
they changed?

personally i have no idea if this is something that can be tracked.

also, there are still some mirrors not mirrorring well ( like quicklynet.com )
