[Mageia-sysadm] Update procedure on sysadmin side

Hi,

while trying to see how to do update ( since the list is quite long :

So here is what should be used :

# /root/tmp/mgatools/mga-move-update 1 core me-tv
# mutt -F ~/.muttrc-updates updates-announce at ml.mageia.org -s "Package
update: me-tv (core)"

Yet, i think the script should be improved ( ie, have it move the file,
and send the mail ).
