[Mageia-sysadm] changelog ml

 Hi,
 as people have been asking, I have create a ml for changelog, aptly 
 named... changelog.
 ( now, maybe the name should be changed, I am not sure that changelog 
 is the best name for
 someone that do not know what it is about )

 Besides applying the attached patch, is there anything to do on youri 
 side ?
 ( ie, if no one did, maybe there is a reason , and I prefer to avoid 
 breaking the upload )
