No, coming to the point. Some kind of form - like Wobo described - could be done relatively simple I think.

We could make it send text-only data via mail to people in charge (marcomm?).

I would recommend not using any automatism without moderators, because that way we might open our website to rubbish (and give some people heart attacks).
