i see it now, it's said that the main point is "Building a visual brand for
Mageia", that work is for artwork-team (maybe with our support), but CAN'T be
our work. i don't know which skills do the marketing team have, but i study
economics and i don't see any element that marketing should take in charge of.

i sub them quite often, but it's since a lot of time i hear about work on the
wiki but until now i don't see any concrete results (saying this i don't want
to give the fault to developers and systeam, i know they're overloaded). i
didn't manage to speak directly to them to have news, it's for this reason
that i ask to you on this list (also to avoid another loss of time for them)

you're totally wrong. a business plan and a marketing plan are the first things
to be done in EVERY long-term project, we can't attract new users and
developers if it's not clear who we are and where we want to go, and how we
want to go.

the general contributions should be inserted in the mageia-ideas webiste (?),
the contribution in the action plan is not a list of features, but a list of
key-features that are useful to reach the global goals the project gave to
itself. it must be a work of skilled people (as in the developers team work
skilled people and so on)

this is related to my above thought. this is not only a package request, this
is related to our promises to the users:
- We will strive for ease of use (Values)
- Have your fully-working system up and running really fast! (for you -
mageia1)
- We can make this better for developers and users. We can be a better place
to nurture open source technologies.

as i said many times, i study outside my town, and there i have no connections
(and no time) available, because i must prepare my exams... the only time i
was available i got ill, anyway this is not so important because i'm working
on a long-term vision, that doesn't needs frequent meets.
