I sent to you updated and supplemented files after last changes with Polish
translation of Mageia web page. I have one question. Where can I find the file
with main menu on Mageia web page to translate?

You probably mean navbar (navigation bar)? It is found at http://svnweb.mageia.org/web/nav/langs/ NB! There is no English template, you just grab whatever language translated file and replace translated parts with your language translations.
