I see that you put your name on

the contributors listed here were not really active lately, but Oleg
Kozlov has been for a while and was especially interested in the blog.
Could you contact him to organise your work together?

If you manage together to revive the Russian translation team I would
be glad to have a report about it: who are the active contributors,
what are the fields that you plan to work on (blog, software,
documentation, wiki...).
Please note that there is a i18n-ru mailing list that you can use for
internal discussion (it has not been used for a while, see
https://ml.mageia.org/l/info/i18n-ru ).
