Hi everybody. Here are some suggestions.
1. Obviously we need more reliable online translation system.
2. We need SVN changes notification (https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1095)! Is Bash script OK for that?
3. We need a list of other "nondrak" software for translation:
      gfxboot help (http://svnweb.mageia.org/soft/theme/mageia-gfxboot-theme/trunk/help-boot/),
      update notification (http://svnweb.mageia.org/soft/mgaonline/trunk/po/),
      others?
4. A list of web pages for translation would be useful.
5. I would like more regular meetings. That way they can be shorter and it's not so crucial if someone is not able to attend. I would be glad if we can take a quick view of tasks taken on previous meeting. That way we can learn to plan or help others if needed.
6. This is theory but I would be glad of shorter freeze.

This is all for now from my side.

Greeting,
Filip.

Hi there,

First: I am back in hell and I will try to read up all those mails from the last weeks...

Now to the second part: Like we did after Mga1 release, we will organize a "post mortem" in all teams, so we get some feedback about what went wrong this time and how to do it better for Mga3.

I would propose, that we collect topics on the ml first for let's say the next two/three weeks (until June 26th) and do a big meeting to discuss everything on June 28th.

So I would ask you to think about the last eleven months and collect those points that went well and those that went not quite so well.

I am waiting for your comments,

Oliver
