Hello,
According to iso norm the code for Estonia is EE

I'm not sure that this standard must apply to the designation of languages.

For Estonia (country), yes, the code is ee but for Estonian (language) the code is et. There are probably some historical reasons for that but I try always to mention it because there has been cases of real confusion - because et also is the code for Ethiopia (country) and ee also is the code for the Ewe (language).
