Of course not:

E.g. for the control-center (drakconf) you have to use

svn co svn+ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/soft/control-center/trunk/po control-center

I will put a list of those command-lines into the wiki.

But I won't have time to write that list before tommorow morning.
