This is not in contradiction to what I wrote. The work inside a group
can be dispatched or the translators choose which file they want to
translate. I think this should be left to the groups to decide for
themselves. In both ways the coordinator has to see that all work is
done.


And let's not forget that big files need to be addressed by several people, like menu-messages-* for example, which have thousands of strings. In this case, several people working on the same file at the same time can be really helpful. This is called: parallel work :D
