I think it is a good point for a leader to work with someone that he has known him/her for a long time. So it is ok for me obgr_seneca's sub, if he wants:)

Especially in a team of two, there always will be the other one

"German dominance" on anyone. So, if anybody feels having two Germans
in the lead is a bad idea, I don't have any problems with it at all.
