That's why I wrote that YMMV, we may have different experiences. I'm
using PO for software and I've worked with the modules in Borges / xml
for quite a while, but for text I am used to see the whole text while
translating.

Well, whatever we do, I am sure we will find a way so that everybody
can work the way he prefers and we still have some way of
collaborating.

But software translating is first in line, let's focus on that now.

Yep, you're right. I think - as for translation process itself - we have not much to do before Transifex is up and filled with whatever software would be incorporated into Mageia? So only organizing is the real process now?
