[Mageia-i18n] Back to Turkish translations

Hi! I was very busy for a long time. In the meantime i see that transifex
don't used anymore. I want to contribute to Mageia Turkish translations
again. As co-coordinator i think i can get things in order in svn. Would
you mind to give me svn access?
