We have locale specific mailing lists now:
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators#setup_and_usage_of_language_mailing_lists

Should such kind of bug be asigned to belonged locale, e.g. i18n-fr at mageia.org,
instead of the general i18n list?
