[Mageia-i18n] Requesting team does not work in Transfix

This is because rd2tap is not yet approved as member, so far it's only
dant3. If I remember correctly rd2tap was in the latest list of
applicants Oliver sent to the sysadmins, may be they did not yet do it
because of Beta1 release stress.
