Please, no.  You need to have really excellent and detailed help during install, because install can be a scary time for users, especially if the machine already has data on it, e.g. "what is clicking on this button *really* going to do to my partitions ?".

The goal should be rather that the user has less or no *need* to look at the help.  But it needs to be there for safety and comfort.
