As pointed out in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3101#c4
which links to a page that links to

linux distributions are no longer licensed to distribute sun/oracle
java packages.

If you are using the sun/oracle version of java, you should follow
the instructions at
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/linux_install.xml
to get the latest security updates for java installed.
