Please let in drakx-installer stage2:

- it fixes a rare bug where one would do a disk install from a directory where
 he downloaded a bugs ntfsundelete iso image too (mga#4919)
- more important, it makes installer less scary by not displaying
"preparing bootloader",
 letting some users to think we're overwritting their MBR whereas we just moved
 configuring bootloader to the summary years ago (mga#484):
 o step column: hide so called "bootlader" step since we do _not_
    actually install bootloader at this stage but later in summary
 o make "Preparing bootloader" less intimidating
