with the imagemagick of cauldron, this syntax does not work anymore to extract the icon number 8 :

convert 'file.ico[8]' file.png :

convert: unable to open image `file.ico[8]': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2589.

convert: no decode delegate for this image format `file.ico[8]' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/532.

convert: missing an image filename `file.png' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3016.
