What kind of problem do you see with the Mageia wiki? You can easily
create a page and start filling it with contents.
The problem I see with discussing it anywhere else is the possible
absence of Mageia developpers/packagers who may not be eager to go to
different places while there is a central place for such things (as
Oliver already mentioned).
