[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: xfdesktop 4.10.2

Hi,

please push new xfdesktop. New version fixes a regression introduced in
xfdesktop 4.10.1 [1].

Full changelog:

    Fix hang when no backdrop image is selected (Bug #9892).
    Fix tiling for some images.
