[Mageia-dev] Question about python-cython

Hello,

a user asked on irc if we can update python-cython to the last stable version 
( because we write of software needing it and would like to have mageia 3 
compatible with )

Looking to the changelog it seems we have an old version ( around april ) and 
that the new fixes a lot of issues .

I think this would be without any harm to add it.
