That's the default config *requires* iconstasks package ? As said earlier currently the default config (& not the vanilla one or netbook) use the iconstasks plasmoid, how are you going to ensure that this plasmoid is installed when using the default configuration and then don't have a broken panel for the default mageia panel ? (i'm not sure ennael will be agree to add yet another package in rpmstrate/bcd config just for that when it could be done in the spec ) If the problem is that the « default » config package are wrongly required that's something else and we need to narrow here the wrong requires.
