If we are removing upgrade from installer, we can maybe replace it with
something in mgaapplet to allow offline upgrades, similar to what is
doing Fedora :
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/OfflineSystemUpdates

mgaapplet could have an option to :
- download all updated packages
- reboot the system in special system update mode
- snapshot filesystems (optionally)
- install all updated packages
- reboot on the upgraded system, or restore snapshot if upgrade failed
