The blacklisting is not needed anymore with recent cups(?) according to
<A HREF="https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/902970/comments/12">https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/902970/comments/12</A>
so removing the file from the cups package should be the solution.
