[Mageia-dev] shorewall, please review the package

Hi!

I have made some changes to shorewall:
- updated version to the newest
- removed (partly?) initrc stuff
- added new submodule -core
- adjusted package for USR MOVE
- added SYSTEMD
- removed hard dependency on dash
- cleaned a bit

Please review this package (this means to finish the systemd & usrmove 
parts) and submit to Cauldron.
