OK, so we have two packages candidate for removal:
- apache-mod_ruby
- apache-mod_python (https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7024)

This will save a few hours to the next guy foolish enough to make the 
future switch from apache 2.4 to 2.6...
