I haven't package it for no reason :-)
mesa is ready to switch from itw own implementation to freeglut.
RH has switched to freeglut long ago.
But we'll only consider doing it by default after Mageia 1 release.
For now, you can manyall install lib{,64}freeglut3 in order to test
