[Mageia-bugsquad] Change of the component

Hi, 

When we change the component of a bug like from Installer to RPM
PACKAGE, we must shot the case "Reset Assignee to default". If we don't
do that and the bug is assigned to somebody, the change will assign
again to bugsquad.

And sorry for all the wrong component. We must indeed check that also
more. :)
