+I am quite concerned by the fact that we already have few public
+informations on what is going on for the forum setup ( or at least, I
+didn't found them ), and as such a private list will not help.

+I understand the need for a private list for the moderation part.

+But discussing new rules and the forum setup is IMO not something that
+warrant a private list, quite the contrary and therefor should be
+separate from the day-to-day operational needs.

+Ie :

+public, as this will impact users and they may have something to say, or

+So I propose to create a ml mageia-forumteam, with public archives, and
